Reservoir Lane Plot Applications

Applicants for both open market and affordable plots/homes must meet the local connection criteria defined in the Petersfield Neighbourhood Development Plan and they must join Petersfield Community Land Trust.  Those interested in purchasing in a plot at Reservoir Lane must first register as members of Petersfield CLT. Local connection eligibility is confirmed upon applying for membership of Petersfield CLT.

• Those applying for a discount market plot will be asked to complete the Household Need Profile - a detailed means testing assessment.  An allocations panel will meet to assess the applications for each discount plot in accordance to published criteria.
• Eligible open market plot purchasers will be invited to bid on a plot.  Open market plots will be allocated to the highest eligible bidder.

Plot applications are not yet open.  In the meantime interested locals can:

• sign up to the newsletter to keep up to date of the development progress and hear first when plot applications open.
• express an interest in a plot
• join Petersfield CLT as a member
