Reservoir Lane Plot Applications

Applicants for both open market and affordable plots/homes must meet the local connection criteria defined in the Petersfield Neighbourhood Development Plan and they must join Petersfield Community Land Trust.  Those interested in purchasing in a plot at Reservoir Lane must first register as members of Petersfield CLT. Local connection eligibility is confirmed upon applying for membership of Petersfield CLT.


  • Those applying for a discount market plot will be asked to complete the Household Need Profile - a detailed means testing assessment.  An allocations panel will meet to assess the applications for each discount plot in accordance to published criteria.
  • Eligible open market plot purchasers will be invited to bid on a plot.  Open market plots will be allocated to the highest eligible bidder.

All applicants must fill out this application form before the deadline.  An allocations panel made up of local and district councillors and PCLT Board members will score the applications blind against the criteria of the CLT's Allocations Policy.
